Step 1: 

Your need

Give us a call or write an email to describe your needs. As we care about the details, we might ask a 'few' questions in return to make sure we understand your objective. We get back to you within 48 hours. 

Step 2:

Our proposal

We put our proposal on paper. It will most likely describe the added value we can deliver within a certain timeframe and budget. We try to be as detailed as possible and add references.

In most cases, our objective is to have a proposal to you within 7 working days - it can go faster or take longer, depending on how 'big' the project is. 

Step 3:

The 'click'

We favour face to face contact, certainly when we have never worked together before. It makes things much more easier afterwards.

Hence: we present and discuss the proposal face to face. In most cases, we go for a second round and update our proposal based on the conversation. At least, when you like our proposal and you like 'us' (we call that the 'click').

We try to have this updated proposal to you within 5 working days.

Step 4:

The 'Agreement'

We might need a few more rounds (you never know!) to finetune the proposal to fit your needs, budget and timeframe. 

Next, we sign a 'contract' or a ‘quote’- it gives you comfort and formalises our commitment.
